charming feelcomfortable bedpoor soundproofingnoisy staff
The hotel has a very charming feel with characteristic rooms. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was good. I visited in January, yet the room was surprisingly warm because of the ceiling-to-floor windows. I even turned the thermostat down!!!
There was no soundproofing in the room. I could hear the noisy rooms next door and people checking in late at night. The staff also made noise walking to and from reception. Especially the lady with high heels on the wooden floor at 11pm while I tried to sleep.

Great Hotel Location

perfect locationhelpful staffsafe area
The location proved perfect with a tram stop conveniently situated directly outside. Staff members were both helpful and cute. The area felt safe for walking. My husband and I found it quiet during the night. Restaurants and bars were plentiful, also two supermarkets just down the road allowed us to easily grab snacks.
Service

The staff offered iron and ironing board upon request. I found the hair dryer efficient for quick hair drying. They were cute and provided useful advice about local places to visit.

mixed feelings about my stay

convenient locationrude staffbroken seal
the location was quite convenient with a tram stop nearby, so it was easy to get around the city.
the staff attitude wasn't great. one employee walked into my room without notice after an alleged phone call that i didn't receive. cobwebs covered the room corners, and the shower flooded the bathroom because of, i believe, a broken seal. plus, the room phone didn't work.
